Cancellation Policy

All Flights Aviation: Booking & Concierge Policy 1. Booking Procedures All travel arrangements must be confirmed via a formal service agreement. Initial quotes are valid for 24 hours. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure aircraft and ground logistics scheduling. 2. Cancellation Policy Up to 72 hours prior to departure: Cancellations incur a 25% administrative fee of the total booking value. 48–72 hours prior to departure: Cancellations incur a 50% penalty fee. Within 48 hours of departure: Bookings are non-refundable; 100% of the total invoice will be charged. 3. Rescheduling Rules Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be accommodated based on availability without penalty, excluding third-party fees (e.g., fuel or airport slot changes). Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled departure is treated as a cancellation and subject to the terms outlined above. 4. Service Add-on Modifications Changes to concierge add-ons (In-Flight Productivity, Executive Ground, etc.) must be requested no later than 24 hours prior to departure to ensure successful execution.
