Welcome to All Flights Aviation LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.allflightsaviation.com and www.wineflightsvip.com (the "Site") and the private aviation and travel concierge services we provide (the "Services"). Please read them carefully. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

In these Terms, "All Flights Aviation", "we", "us", and "our" refer to All Flights Aviation LLC (powered by Wine Flights VIP), "You" and "your" refer to the person using the Site or engaging our Services.

1. About our services

​

All Flights Aviation is a private aviation and luxury travel concierge. We arrange and coordinate private flights, curated journeys, winery escapes, accommodations, and related experiences on behalf of our clients.

Important: Except where we expressly state otherwise in a written agreement, All Flights Aviation acts as an arranger and coordinator of travel services. The actual flights, transport, accommodations, and experiences are operated and provided by independent third-party operators, carriers, and suppliers. Those providers are solely responsible for the services they deliver.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By engaging us, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Inquiries, quotes, and bookings

​

When you submit an inquiry, we will work with you to prepare a proposed itinerary and quote. A quote is an estimate based on availability and pricing at the time it is issued and is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we have received any required deposit or payment and issued written confirmation. Availability, pricing, and terms may change until a booking is confirmed.

4. Pricing, deposits, and payment
 

Prices are quoted in USD and may be subject to taxes, fees, fuel surcharges, and third-party charges. Payment terms, including any required deposit and balance due date, will be set out in your quote or booking confirmation.

Full payment terms will be accessible in your service contracts and/or booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations, changes, and refunds
 

Cancellation and change terms depend on the operators and suppliers involved and will be set out in your booking confirmation. In many cases, deposits and payments are non-refundable once services are booked, because our providers and we commit resources on your behalf.
 

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to michele@allflightsaviation.com.

• Any refund is subject to the terms and charges of the underlying operators and suppliers, plus any All Flights Aviation service fees.

• Changes to a confirmed itinerary may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
   

6. Third-party operators and suppliers
 

The flights, ground transport, accommodations, tours, and experiences we arrange are provided by independent third parties. Your use of those services is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of each provider, including their own liability limits and cancellation rules. All Flights Aviation is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or conduct of any third-party provider.
 

7. Your responsibilities
 

You are responsible for:
 

• Providing accurate passenger details, travel documents, and information we request

• Ensuring all travellers hold valid passports, visas, identification, and any required health documentation

• Meeting all timing, check-in, and location requirements for your travel

• Complying with the rules and requirements of operators, carriers, and destinations

• Behaving lawfully and appropriately during your travel
   

We are not liable for any loss, delay, denied boarding, or additional cost resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information, missing documents, or failure to meet these responsibilities.
 

8. Disclaimers
 

The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any itinerary, availability, or pricing shown is guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
 

9. Limitation of liability
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Flights Aviation and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or enjoyment, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services or the acts or omissions of any third-party provider.
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the total amount of service fees you paid to All Flights Aviation for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
 

10. Assumption of risk
 

Travel, including private aviation and curated experiences, involves inherent risks. By engaging our Services, you accept these risks on behalf of yourself and any travellers in your party, and you agree that the operators and suppliers, not All Flights Aviation, are responsible for the safe delivery of their services.
 

11. Indemnification
 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Flights Aviation and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
 

12. Intellectual property
 

All content on the Site, including the All Flights Aviation name, the Winged Tigress emblem and logos, the "Powered by Wine Flights VIP" mark, text, graphics, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to All Flights Aviation and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission.
 

13. Acceptable use of the site
 

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Infringe the rights of others

• Introduce malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site

• Collect information about other users without consent

• Use the Site in any way that could damage or impair its operation
   

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at our discretion.
 

14. Force majeure
 

All Flights Aviation is not liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, air traffic or airport disruptions, mechanical issues, strikes, government action, civil unrest, pandemics, or the acts or omissions of third-party operators and suppliers.
 

15. Privacy
 

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. 
 

16. Governing law and dispute resolution
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fredericksburg, Texas, or the state and federal courts located in Fredericksburg, Texas. 
 

17. Changes to these Terms
 

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the current version on this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
 

18. General
 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with your booking confirmation and our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and All Flights Aviation regarding the Site and Services.
